The sky can be not only studied and interpreted, but felt
Every second the light of the Sun, the Moon, the planets and the stars pours down on us. We meet it with the body, with feelings and with thoughts. And each of us, like a prism, refracts that light in our own way.
Our Telegram channel is in Russian for now: every day at 19:00 Moscow time, one real sky event and a 5-minute practice.
Three ways to look at the sky
The astronomer asks: how is it built? The astrologer asks: what does it mean? We ask a third question: what do I feel?
Astronomy
Studies the body of the luminaries: how the Sun, the Moon and the planets are built, where they are in the sky and how they move.
Astrology and myth
Explore their Logos: meaning and imagery, the way the luminaries “think” in us.
AstroEmpathy
Explores sensation: how we reflect and refract the light of the luminaries within ourselves. And invites you to feel it first-hand, without borrowed interpretations.
| Astronomy | Astrology | AstroEmpathy | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Question | How is it built? | What does it mean? | What do I feel? |
| Tool | Telescope, calculation | Chart, interpretation | Attention, body, diary |
| Result | A fact | A forecast | Personal experience and your own recurring responses |

Everyone refracts the light differently
The same moonlit evening may bring one person calm, another restlessness, and a third a surge of energy. It depends on who you are and how you are tuned right now.
AstroEmpathy does not tell you what you should feel. It invites you to turn toward a luminary, honestly note what responded (in the body, in emotions, in thoughts) and, over time, to see your own pattern.
This is not science and not fortune-telling. It is a practice of attention.
Moon
The phase is calculated in your browser.
A simplified calculation based on the mean lunar month, accurate to about a day.

A one-minute practice
Step outside in the evening
Onto a balcony or into the street.
Find the Moon
Can’t see it? Just look at the sky.
Stay for a minute
Without analyzing anything.
Write down one word
Your first sensation: “coolness”, “quiet”, “space”, “lightness”. There are no right answers, only yours.
That is the first entry in your Soul Seismograph. One entry is not a conclusion. But if you repeat it on different evenings, you can start to see what recurs for you.
Log it in the diary
Soul Seismograph
A seismograph records the tremors of the earth. The Soul Seismograph records your tremors: your responses to the luminaries.
Short practices for tuning to the Sun, the Moon and the planets, plus a personal observation diary from which your own spectrum of responses emerges. The diary is already open: it works right in your browser, with no account.
One sky event every evening
The channel @astroempathy posts at 19:00 Moscow time, no scare stories and no ready-made interpretations: your experience matters more than someone else’s. The channel is in Russian for now; an English channel is planned.
Start noticing the sky
Open the diary and make your first entry. It takes about half a minute and stays on your device.
